Mac Yavner and Spencer McGowan, are  Co-Presidents of TeenAgency and Seniors at Horace Greeley High School in Chappaqua, NY. They are the third owners of Teen Agency (teenagency.org) a not-for-profit business which matches teens with community members who seek to employ them.
